The road is sinking

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4072804.
On the outermost westbound lane (1), between/at the bridges over the canal and rodwell road there are several points where the carriageway is sinking between the supporting beams. I think this needs to be looked into as the structural integrity of the road is at stake
