Lime bikes obstructing pavements

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned Santander Cycle category anonymously at 15:29, Tuesday 3 January 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4081572.

Lime bikes randomly left on pavements. This presents a safety hazard to the partially sighted/blind and to older less mobile members of the community. I have contacted Lime and they say that they are currently meeting parking regulations set by local councils ie Merton. Other bike hire companies have dedicated parking bays/stations. Why is Lime allowed to get away with letting their bikes obstruct public right of way and potentially cause problems for pedestrians?
