Issue with car detection similar issue as reports in 2022

Similar issues to those reported in 2022. Experienced issues where cars stopped are not detected by the traffic light system.
Traffic lights, especially at night, in Lowell Street, waiting to turn right onto the A13, often stuck on red. Lights on A13 westbound change normally from red to green and vice versa, but lights on A13 eastbound stuck on green, and don’t change to red.
