Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4096074.

Wait illuminated even though not pressed. Going red unnecessarily. Dangerous as outside school. This is causing traffic from Carshalton to beddington.

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.   • For a few days this problem seemed to have been fixed but it's doing it again this morning (Wed 11 January - 5.30am). It will cause severe traffic delays later if not fixed quickly,
