Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4101325.
Manhole cover is dislodged. Very dangerous.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within one hour. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. I reported this incident but the location is wrong. I can see another incident was reported at a similar time ref FMS4101158 with location What3words: mops.remit.dunes. This is the correct location of the dislodged manhole cover. I have attached a photo of the manhole cover from google maps. I was unable to stop an photograph yesterday as it was too dangerous to return from the M1 hard shoulder where I stopped due to punctures caused by the dislodged manhole cover
