Sent to TfL less than a minute later.
TfL ref: FMS4102370.
The gully is not taking any rain water and the flood extends across two lanes of the A3 SB at Vale Crescent SW15 3PH. This is an ongoing issue every time it rains and this gully has been blocking for many years. It is extremely difficult exiting Vale Crescent onto the A3. The people waiting at the bus stop are being soaked every time a vehicle goes past. Please action. Thank You.
