Apparently glitch in sequence

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4103769.

Extraordinarily long red light lasting many minutes Causing long tailbacks. Extended periods at red light although no traffic driving south on A10. Period so extended that light appears to be stuck on red. Best described as a traffic light sequence failure.
