Roadworks been going on for ages, no one working

Apart from the dreadful road surfaces they dug up the road before Christmas, put temporary lights and no one has been seen since working on this. Causing very bad traffic, filtering down Cranston Road which is especially bad when you live on this street. Traffic lights are frequently down. Could someone actually get some people to work at this site to get the issue resolved instead of just leaving it.
