From the Charlie Browns Roundabout right through to the Gants Hill Roundabout the dual Carriageway is awash with unhealthy, unsightly rubbish and litter, especially at the sets of traffic lights. Getting it cleaned twice a year at great expense is useless as it needs cleaning weekly. Redbridge Council are not interested, as they tell me it is TFL’s responsibility. We need very large, ear and definite warning signs, especially to motorists that fly tipping and throwing litter from their vehicles is an offence and is punishable if caught with a hefty fine. Please, please can you help and alleviate these these problems by some quick, positive action? Thank you

Hello The railings on these steps on the junction of Woodford Bridge Road and the Woodford Avenue are broken and missing making it very difficult to walk down or up the steps. My wife is recovering from a hip replacement and part of her therapy is walking. She is finding it difficult to negotiate these steps without holding onto the railings. Please can fresh, new railings be installed?
