Temporary traffic lights not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4112484.

Thanes Water are doing works so there are temporary lights but they are not on. It's taken 20 minutes just to get through this road as cars just go whenever there's a space. It's dangerous and causing significant traffic and needs to be sorted urgently whilst the works are being carried out
