This shelter has loose bolts holding glass

BUS ROUTE:- 131 DATE:- 11/01 TIME OF INCIDENT:- 11:00am BUS STOP/LOCATION:- West Barnes Level Crossing (P) DIRECTION:- towards Kingston Fairfield Bus Station (B)

DETAILS OF INCIDENT:- Customer has reported that the bus shelter next to stop has bolts that hold the shelter glass in place with surrounding metal stands appears to be loose.

Customer is concerned that with current very windy conditions the bolts may loosen completely to the point where the glass comes away form the stand and falls onto a member of the public.

This presents a major health and safety issue.
