Potholes, cracks and poor road condition outside 55 King William Street
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4115375.
The road outside of 55 King William is in disrepair and presents a danger to cyclists and pedestrians alike. It has been fixed previously but quickly deteriorates due to heavy traffic use and possible previous poor quality fixes. Water is also now penetrating into our basement premises after heavy rain falls. We are dealing with this but the road condition is a contributing factor.

If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours. A permanent repair, if needed will be carried out during our next programmed works for the area, or sooner if we can.
