Pothole in footpath

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4116963.

Unnecessarily traffic signs , yesterday night the lighst went off and traffic was flowing perfectly, the road is wide enough, no need for temporary lighst, maybe just pedestrian crossing lights but not 3 ways temporary lighst , is taking 40 min or more from Tooting Broadway to Collierswood
