Hi we received a reply stating this is not TFL land

Please see Street Survey attached to show this is TFL land and not the owners. the boundry line finishes at the entry of the shop and not the pavement. the pavement belongs to TFL. Please send someone to inspect and fix this as soon as possible before another member of the public falls over
