Dear sirs, I hope all well. I wrote an email to you earlier about us having to spend £850 plus vat due to a huge pothole in the road ( Hammersmith flyover ) you have replied to state you will raise a flag for the damage to the road. Nothing has been mentioned re compensation ? We haven’t got £850 to pay for 2 burst tyres due to London’s roads ? Can you please respond to me with an update. I’ve waited almost a month from the council only to be told today that I need to speak with TFL. I look forward to hearing from you
