There are 2 dips in the pavement

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4126051.
My elderly mother walked to Falconwood station this evening and fell down this hole, spraining or twisting her ankle (this is still to be determined, grazing one knee and bruising her hand where she fell flat on the floor

Hi, Have you seen the pictures of my mother’s injuries? Of course this is a safety issue! You haven’t even apologised that this incident has occurred. You can see its pavement works which have been carried out poorly. I will be contacting a solicitor in the morning regarding my mother falling because of the incompetence of the groundsmen that worked on that road.
