Left turn onto Victoria Embankment not working for cyclists

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4132353.

Cycle lane turning left onto Victoria Embankment from Westminster bridge often doesn't change to green even after 2 phases of all other traffic despite queue of cyclists. Only option is to travel across Westminster Bridge Road when light is red when cycle traffic from Victoria Embankment crosses.

Has been a problem since December 2022 at least but doesn't always happen.

Looks like this was previously reported and fixed but it is happening again.
