Total blockage of footway, Brent X to Staples Cnr.

This footway, from Brent X to" Staples corner" Besides the N C R is totally obstructed This is a 'no mans land' Barnet council never maintain this footway. There is a sign stating that Traffic for London, for the North circular road, were responsible for its construction, way back when Brent X area was built. Just see what it was like in 1980 when my dad took original picture. WHAT'S GONE WRONG ?

As of Friday February, 24 th when an inspection was carried out again, NO action was visible . The meter wide access was totally blocked with rubbish, abandoned cars and vans.! You wouldn't believe you were beside the Main North Circular Road, on way to the Brent cross shopping center. Wheelchair user? Pushing a pram? Forget it ! ! !
