FMS4135124 is NOT resolved

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4135720.
FMS4135124 was closed as resolved however I can confirm this morning the issue was still present as it has been for the last few weeks.
When the turn signals at Harlequin avenue (not Syon Lane turn from red to green they are changing out of sync which is causing confusion to drivers.
The left light will change from Red -> Green Turn Signal -> Amber (expected behaviour would be for it to change from Red -> Red + Amber -> Turn signal)
The light on the right hand side of the road changes as expected.
To see a right turn signal being produced from the left-hand light before it is legal to proceed (as it is technically red + amber) is confusing to drivers
