Tree has failed in to garden

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4136349.

Hi, a TFL tree has fallen in to the rear garden of 66 Bridge Way, damaging the fence and leaving the back garden exposed - this is a safety issue. Can you please send someone to remove this tree today and erect some temporary fencing to secure the property? You'll also need to contact the resident and explain to them how you're going to compensate them for the damage caused.
