Traffic lights almost always red

These pedestrian crossing lights are almost always on red even when nobody is pressing the button. This has been a problem for over a year. Today I saw an ambulance held up by these lights for no reason.

  • I pass these traffic lights at least 5 times a week, and for many months have been held there on a red light. The problem is nobody is use the crossing or within 30 foot of lights. This just provides more pollution and congestion, it should be fixed !
