Crossing lights constantly changing to red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4138721.

Lights are constantly changing to red as if the button has been pressed but no one is there! It’s as if one of the buttons had become stuck in the in position.

  • 28 days for someone to hit a reset button, or to fix it? That is terrible these lights are changing to red every minute or so. It’s causing chaos
