The pedestrian crossing button is constantly stuck on

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4139177.

The traffic has gone crazy because the pedestrian crossing keeps turning red after only a couple of cars have gone through. Not a pedestrian in site. Travelled through twice this morning and is still tje same.
