The pedestrian crossing wait button is not working

Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 09:43, Tuesday 17 January 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4139317.

The wait button for the pedestrian crossing from Santander's is not working. The wait button was lighted up before we got there, and we pressed it several times and waited for nearly ten minutes, but it was still not changing. This is a pedestrian crossing over Euston Road which is a dual carriageway with lots of traffic travelling at high speed. The traffic light to cross the southern half of this dual carriageway was working ok but the northern half was not. In the end, we had to cross when there was a gap in the traffic.
