No traffic lights to signal traffic to stop at pedestrian crossing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4142232.

Traffic lights completely missing for the second pedestrian crossing southbound on Ewell Road at St Mark's Hill intersection. Pedestrians signalled to cross by green man but traffic not stopping. Children from nearby Hollyfield school seen running in front of oncoming traffic. Accident just waiting to happen.
