No Traffic lights

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4142244.

Traffic lights completely missing for the second pedestrian crossing southbound on Ewell Road at St Mark's Hill intersection. Pedestrians signalled to cross by green man but traffic not stopping. Children from nearby Hollyfield school seen running in front of oncoming traffic. Accident just waiting to happen. This has been reported before- see FMS3620363 and FMS4056640. Case was closed both times without fixing. Please investigate more carefully!
