No traffic lights at pedestrian crossing

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4144476.

Traffic lights completely missing for the second pedestrian crossing southbound on Ewell Road at St Mark's Hill intersection. Pedestrians signalled to cross by green man but traffic not stopping. Children from nearby Hollyfield school seen running in front of oncoming traffic. Accident just waiting to happen.

THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE (E.G. FMS3620363, FMS4056640 AND OTHERS) ALL PREVIOUS REPORTS HAVE BEEN CLOSED AS YOUR TEAM WERE "UNABLE TO FIND ANY DEFECTS". WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE AN UPDATE ON PREVIOUS/ORIGINAL REPORT(S) BUT UNABLE TO DO SO AS THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSED TO UPDATES.
