Needless temp lights set to red after fraud job.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4145892.

Temporary Traffic lights deliberately set on red. Buy the company doing this needless to month job of changing a few paving stones and kerbstones. Probably as a celebration of getting away with this two months fraudulent job and their content for locals not calling it out. But could be wrong about that. Will it be investigated?
