Falling concrete from Bridge

I work within Wandsworth Council ECS team and one of our Cllrs has forwarded the following text and attached photo from a concerned local resident:

"Here’s a photo of concrete bridge over the A3. I noticed a chunk missing around 12 months ago & more pieces appear to be missing recently. Yesterday while walking over the walkway ; I saw a small piece of concrete fall into the road below narrowly missing a car roof ?

Can this be flagged up as a priority urgent public road safety repair job ? It looks now like a potential road hazard accident waiting to happen ; if concrete debris continues to fall below onto passing cars ?
