Traffic light is changing to red every few seconds

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4151941.

This issue has been ongoing for five whole days, particularly in the mornings. The traffic light keeps turns red after roughly five cars pass (if that), even without any pedestrians being present. This is causing a massive issue with traffic that builds all the way back up to Greenford Broadway and further back. Please resolve this issue ASAP as a normal 15 minute journey is turning into something closer to 45 minutes.
