Green lights turn red too soon.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4152010.

Green lights heading to Potters Bar on the evening of 19th Jan are only allowing 4 cars to go through which may explain the traffic that backs up to the bottom of Barnett Hill. I understand that there are also road works but this light issue is not helping. Thanks in advance.
