Flooding from road damaging our property

Sent to TfL 3 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4153401.

For some time heavy rain floods from the Cheam Road and across both sides of the forecourt and down the sides of Cromer Mansions. The floods fill a flower bed outside flat one and is causing damp in flats 1 and 3. Cromer Mansions is on Sutton Council’s Local List of buildings documenting properties of architectural interest which should be maintained and preserved.

  • Thank you for investigating this issue. My name is Hilary Scotton and I live in flat 5, Cromer Mansions. Let me know when TFL people will be on site. I have two videos recording how water pours from the road during quite moderate rain and flows past either side of our building. A single picture cannot put the problem across!
