Countdown unit giving incorrect or no information

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4155179.
The tfl website countdown said 12mins for the 436 bus, it takes me 8mins to get to this bus stop. I get there around 10:40pm and the countdown says 16mins so I assumed I missed it. 3 minutes later, out of nowhere a 436 bus completely speeds past and ignores the bus stop with me and other people attempting to commute. The countdown then says the next 436 bus will take 19mins to arrive, but then a few minutes later, a 436 arrived. Please can someone fix this misleading timetable issue for the 436
