Traffic light stuck on red at night

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4159833.

This traffic light is extremely dangerous - it’s continuously on red at night when driving on York street towards Gloucester place ! After waiting for ten minutes cars have no choice but to run a red light which creates a dangerous traffic situation. This has been reported on the 10th of April 2022 and again in June 2022
