Countdown only showing bus 11 live arrivals
Reported via desktop in the Countdown - not working category anonymously at 04:27, Mon 23 January 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4160130.
The countdown unit never shows live arrivals for bus 211. The photos I attached are not very clear, but if you zoom on the 2nd one, you may be able to spot bus 211 approaching, but it's not showing at all on the countdown unit (see 1st photo). It's been going on for quite a while and it seems it may be a problem with TfL's system not receiving the data for live arrivals at that stop as it doesn't even show it on the website (https://tfl.gov.uk/ bus/ stop/ 490014050R/ victoria-station?lineId=211). The website does show it for the stop before that one, which is Westminster Cathedral (https://tfl.gov.uk/ bus/ stop/ 490014496M/ westminster-cathedral-victoria-stn?lineId=211).
