Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4162192.
For quite a while now there has been no information about when the 307 is arriving, on the bus stop. The 307 does not display at all.

It's terrible service bus 326 is not coming in 20 mins.
