Overhanging Tree onto my property

This tree I realise has a PTO on and I respect this but it is getting larger and larger each year with more overhanging my garden taking more sunlight away more pine needles and corns falling into my garden pidgins nesting in the tree making a mess all over my garden making it impossible to sit at this end of the garden I have been informed a number of times that this tree can not be cut back due to the PTO but it is getting too big for the area and I need to know what can be done to trim it back photos do not give you the real picture you need to come into my garden and see in person and would be happy to arrange this I would also be happy to contribute to the cost of work if you able to give the go ahead please note this tree has doubled in size in the last 15 years I have lived here and never had any work done to re shape this
