Manhole Cover rocking and noisy

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4165345.

There is a gas manhole cover which is broken and every time a car drives over it, its rocks and is very noisy. TFL claims that it is a Thames Water manhole cover, however, Thames Water have confirmed that it is not theirs but is a gas manhole cover. Please repair this, as this has been going on for nearly a year.
