Traffic lights not working/angled incorrectly

Turning right from the A598 finchley road/temple fortune. Onto the A406 North circular, Is an absolute nightmare !

Seems some of the traffic lights are either not working ? &/or not angled correctly ?With the added stress of the said location being a yellow box junction !!! Innocent motorists are being forced to take risks in attempting to cross the North circular. With those most severely at risk, Turning right towards southgate.
