Pedestrian crossing keeps activating red

Reported via mobile in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 22:56, Tuesday 24 January 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4167730.

It seems the pedestrian crossing button is stuck in and therefore as soon as the lights turn green it’s instructing the lights to activate red again even with no pedestrian there. It’s as if the button is stuck in the pressed in position. This is causing traffic to build up as lights are stopping every 5 cars.
