Temporary lights/roadworks with no activity. Causing unnecessary traffic delays

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4169495.

There are temporary lights due to road works on corner of Honor Oak Road and London Road. They are causing terrible traffic jams and delays continuously but there is no activity (ie no-one working on site) and no signage indicating what the works are for and how long they are expected to last.

You will be pleased to know that we have received information from SGN and they have confirmed that the lights are back up and working, we would like to apologise on behalf of SGN for any inconvenience caused. The works are due to be completed by the 28th January 2023.
