Repairs complete restrictions still in lace

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4173584.

Thames Water have dug this road up again we have to be approaching 20 times in 7 years. The traffic restrictions impact all of Bromley Town Centre, the surrounding residential area, the local police station and hospital. Clearly Thames Water don’t care as this latest repair is finished but all the traffic restrictions still in place causing chaos.
