Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4173832.

The lights on Tooley Street crossing Tower Bridge Road are too short and only allow 3/4 cars through. The traffic is often back to Magdalen Street. From joining the traffic, it can take 7/10 minutes to get through this junction Thank you
