Not Enough Time to Cross

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4175507.

The green man light changes from green to red before we cross the road. Not enough time to get to the other side. Especially for the kids because they walk slower. This has been the case for the last few months. Please extend the time so we can cross safely. Thank you very much.
