LAMP NUMBER 0011 ON THE MARYLEBONE ROAD IS STILL NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT ALL.

CAN YOU PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS ALREADY, THIS ONE HAS BEEN MALFUNCTIONING FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS NOW.
