Noisy Manhole Cover - Nuisance to Residents!!

Dear All - the manhole cover located at the corner of Kings Cross Road and Swinton Street is rocking and noisy, especially at night. This issue has happened in the past and it is very difficult to sleep with the constant traffic passing over it and making it clunk. We have reported this issue several times already. May I kindly ask you to fix this once more? Kind regards
