Graffiti on both bus stop and shelter
Reported via desktop in the Graffiti / Flyposting on stop or shelter (non-offensive) category by Mark Pack at 11:42, Mon 30 January 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4184752.
I've previously reported this and you responded, "This has now been investigated by our team and regrettably we were unable to locate the problem." Detail at https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 4179041
However, as you can see from the new photos taken today, the graffiti is still there.
Can you please address this and also get back to me about the report about not being able to find it, as you'll see from notes on other reports of mine that this is a regular problem, repeatedly requiring me to re-report items before they are acted on?

I've had an other update from you saying you can't locate this problem. I've therefore attached a fresh photo taken today, which shows the graffiti still clearly in place on the bus stop noticeboard itself. As this is now my fourth attempt at reporting this, I hope that you can arrange for it to be cleared?
