Damaged traffic light column

  • This was reported via Haringey Council on 17 January 2023. The pedestrian crossing green / red indicator across the junction at The Hale has been knocked or damaged and no longer works. I received an email from TfL after it was passed to you on 18 January. It reads:

    Dear Mr Richards

    Thank you for your online report of 17 January about a unlit sign on Station Road.

    I appreciate the time you've taken to bring this to our attention. Your report was forwarded to us by Haringey Council.

    I have sent the details of the location you have reported to our Highways Maintenance team to be investigated, repaired and made safe as soon as possible.

    I am grateful for your continued patience whilst we resolve this issue.

    I trust you’ll see an improvement here soon.

    As of today, 3 February it is still in the same state as when I reported it. The phone number does not allow this fault to be reported or chased up.

    In view of this, please escalate and reply back to me no longer than Monday 6 February with details of when this will be fixed by.
