Manhole cover is rocking

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4189584.

I live at 452A Upper Richmond Road and the manhole cover diagonally across from my house is loose. This causes a double CLACK every time a vehicle crosses it . As this is a Red Route it is a very busy road and this noise, which is very loud, disturbs my sleep. It is on the south (Wandsworth) side of the road. I and my neighbours would appreciate some quick action. Many thanks. Bob Hankinson.
