Bus stop A flooded, water pouring from the ground for more than a week

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4191483.

I have reported this last week and TFL said is not their issue, it's for Lewisham Council to repair. Bus stop A is flooded, water pouring from the ground for more than a week, pedestrians get wet from passing by cars & buses. Can you please fix it? Thank you
